What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.

How are my credits deducted for image or video generation?

Your credits are used up based on a few factors including the tools and models you choose, the duration of videos, the quantity of outputs, and the resolution of the images or videos.

How are credits deducted when using the API or in-app?

When calling the API, you can use the credits in your in-app wallet. If your API account wallet also has credits with a sufficient balance, deductions will be made from the API account first. Please note that when using features within the app, API account wallet credits are not supported — only the in-app wallet balance can be used.

Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

Unused credits will carry over to the next billing cycle, can be used again

What if I need more credits?

For Free and Lite users, you can upgrade your plans to get more credits. For Pro users, you can easily slide the credit bar below the Pro plan above to purchase extra credits as needed. Simply drag the slider to the desired amount of additional credits you want to buy.

How to check my credit status?

You can check your credit status by looking in the top right corner of the screen or visiting the Billing page. There, you'll see how many monthly credits you have left.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional hidden charges beyond the plan you select.

What is your refund policy?

You may apply for a full refund when your order meets both of the following conditions:
1. The application is made within 3 days (72 hours) of a successful purchase;
2. There is no credit consumption or content generation record in your account after purchase.

Please note: To protect the platform's computing resources, once you have used our services after purchase (including but not limited to generating test videos, generating images, or consuming any credits), or if more than 3 days have passed since the successful purchase, your refund request will not be accepted. We recommend that you confirm this platform meets your needs before generating any content.
